Mamazzita aims to embody the soul of Mexico in Madrid: a Mexican Soul Mixology concept that combines signature cocktails, authentic gastronomy, and a vibrant atmosphere. Inspired by Mexico’s cultural roots, its cocktails are crafted with premium ingredients and techniques that pay tribute to wise women who have played a fundamental role in Mexico’s history.

Each spirit and ingredient has been carefully selected to honor this legacy. Tequilas come from Jalisco, the heart of tequila country; mezcals are produced in Oaxaca, the cradle of agave; and fruits and herbs are grown in various regions of Mexico following ancestral traditions.
