1. Organizing Company Mamazzita Madrid

The entity organizing this promotion is Chambao Madrid, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), with Tax ID (CIF) B10862118, and registered address at Calle Velázquez, No. 10, 1st Floor, 28001 Madrid (Spain).Contact email: mktmadrid@gruporosanegra.com.mx

2. Name of the Promotion

The promotion is called “Dinner for 2 Giveaway” (hereinafter, the “Giveaway”).

3. Territorial and Personal Scope

Eligibility: Any natural person of legal age (+18 years old or older), regardless of place of residence, may participate, provided they meet the requirements outlined in these terms and conditions.
Prize redemption: The prize may only be enjoyed at Mamazzita Madrid, located at P.º de la Castellana, corner of C. de Hermosilla, 4, 28046 Madrid. Any travel expenses or other costs not expressly stated in these terms shall be borne by the winner.
Platform: The Giveaway will take place on TikTok, via the account @mamazzitamadrid.

4. Duration

Start: February 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM (Spanish mainland time).
End: February 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Spanish mainland time).
Winner announcement: February 16, 202,6 at 12:00 PM, via TikTok and Instagram stories, with additional contact by direct message (DM).

5. Participation Requirements and Mechanics

To participate in the Giveaway, participants must, during the promotional period:

Follow the TikTok account @mamazzitamadrid.
Like the Giveaway post.
Comment on the post tagging one (1) person.

Additional conditions:

Multiple entries are allowed, provided that a different person is tagged in each comment.
Tagged accounts must be real. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that, at its reasonable discretion, come from fake, automated, fraudulent accounts, or that violate these terms.
Offensive, illegal, hateful comments or those infringing third-party rights will not be accepted and may result in disqualification.

6. Prize

The prize consists of a dinner for two (2) people at Mamazzita Madrid (P.º de la Castellana, corner of C. de Hermosilla, 4, 28046 Madrid), under the following conditions:

Maximum prize value: €200 (VAT included) for the total experience.
Includes: À la carte consumption (food, drinks, and desserts) up to the stated limit.
Excess amount: If the total consumption exceeds €200, the difference must be paid by the winner at the time of payment.
Not redeemable for cash, nor exchangeable for other goods/services, nor transferable to third parties, unless expressly authorized by the Organizer.
Reservation and availability: Prize redemption is subject to restaurant availability. Reservation is recommended.

7. Winner and Alternate Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Giveaway period, using the AppSorteos tool (app-sorteos.com).
One (1) winner and three (3) alternates (in order of selection) will be chosen, in case the winner is unable to accept or does not meet the requirements.

8. Communication, Acceptance, and Prize Delivery

The Organizer will announce the winner on February 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM via TikTok and Instagram stories and will also contact the winner via DM.
The winner must respond to the DM and provide the minimum required information to manage the prize within 72 hours of receiving the message.
If the winner fails to respond within the deadline, declines the prize, or does not comply with these terms, the prize will be awarded to the first alternate, and so on.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Data controller: Chambao Madrid, S.L. (details provided in clause 1).
Purpose: To manage participation, verify compliance with requirements, select the winner, contact the winner and alternates, and manage prize delivery/redemption.
Legal basis: Performance of the promotional relationship (Giveaway management) and, where applicable, consent for necessary communications related to prize delivery.
Data processed: TikTok username, public comment/entry, and only if selected as winner or alternate, contact details necessary to manage the prize (e.g., full name and a contact method; optionally phone/email if required for reservation).
Data retention: Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the Giveaway and address potential legal liabilities, after which it will be blocked in accordance with applicable regulations.
Recipients/processors: Service providers necessary for Giveaway management (e.g., AppSorteos) may access the data under corresponding data processing agreements, where applicable. No data transfers to third parties are expected, except where legally required.
Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by sending a request to mktmadrid@gruporosanegra.com.mx, indicating “Data Protection – Dinner for 2 Giveaway” and providing proper identification. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

10. Liability and Reservations

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway for justified reasons, communicating such changes through the same channels used to promote it.
The Organizer is not responsible for external technical issues (connection failures, platform errors, etc.) that prevent participation.
The Organizer may exclude any participant engaging in fraudulent use or breaching these terms.

11. TikTok and Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram/Meta. The information provided by participants is provided to the Organizer and not to TikTok or Instagram/Meta.

12. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any refusal to accept them will result in exclusion from participation.
